Job summary

RASIRC is seeking a Testing and Assembly Technician to perform electro-mechanical assembly, functional testing, and basic troubleshooting in a cleanroom setting in San Diego, CA. You will contribute to product quality and support production goals.

The role requires 2–5 years in electro-mechanical assembly, ability to read schematics, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook. Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and be able to lift about 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to utilize test equipment and tools for assembly and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematics.
• Experience working in a clean room environment.
• Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

Position Overview:

The Test/Assembly Technician works under the direction of the Production Supervisor in a cleanroom environment to perform product assembly, testing, and basic troubleshooting. This role is a key contributor to ensuring product quality and supporting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of electro-mechanical chemical delivery systems
• Conduct functional testing of production assemblies
• Troubleshoot and repair basic issues in prototype and production systemsAnalyze and document test results accurately

Qualifications:

• Proficient use of written and verbal English
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to utilize test equipment and tools related to assembly and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and understand diagrams, procedures, drawings and schematics
• Ability to work in clean room environment
• Ability to lift approximately 35 pounds.
• U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.

• The salary range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
