You will design tests, profile code, report issues with clear reproduction steps, and collaborate with developers to optimize CPU/GPU and memory usage.

Responsibilities

This role is critical for ensuring that our games run optimally across a spectrum of hardware configurations, providing a seamless and high-performance experience for all players. You will be instrumental in identifying performance bottlenecks, analyzing frame rates, memory usage, and loading times. As a fully remote professional, you will collaborate closely with development teams to diagnose and resolve performance issues, ensuring our games are polished and technically sound. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance test plans to evaluate game stability and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency with performance profiling tools (e.g., RenderDoc, NVIDIA Nsight, AMD Radeon GPU Profiler).
• Experience in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, C++) is a significant advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical data and performance metrics accurately.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Knowledge of game engines (e.g., Unreal Engine, Unity) is a plus.
