Job summary

Dicetek is seeking an experienced Tester – Cash Platforms with Payments to join our remote team in the United States. You will own QA across corporate banking cash platforms, ensuring flawless transaction processing and ISO20022 compliance.

You will test GTB products, Temenos T24, SWIFT interfaces, and local clearing mechanisms while coordinating with analysts, product owners, and developers in agile and waterfall environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Finance, Engineering or equivalent.

Detailed Job Description

As a Tester – Cash Platforms with Payments at Dicetek, you will take total ownership of quality assurance, test case execution, and defect lifecycle management across complex corporate banking applications. Your daily responsibilities will span testing global transaction banking products, liquidity management modules, Temenos T24 platforms, SWIFT messaging interfaces, reconciliation workflows, and statements. Operating in a remote collaborative environment across agile and waterfall teams, you will work closely with business analysts, product owners, and developers to validate high-value payment flows and ISO20022 compliance. Furthermore, you will track defects using Jira, manage test documentation via HP-QC and MS Excel, and verify local clearing mechanics across Oman, Bahrain, France, UK, India, and Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for corporate banking cash platforms.
• Perform rigorous functional, integration, system, and regression testing across cash management and global transaction banking products.
• Test complex payment domains, liquidity management modules, Temenos T24 banking systems, SWIFT messaging, and reconciliation flows.
• Validate financial messaging standards including mandatory ISO20022 compliance and MT101 transaction protocols.
• Verify integration with local clearing mechanisms across multiple international jurisdictions including Oman, Bahrain, France, UK, India, and Kuwait.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Engineering, or an equivalent technical field of study.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional software testing experience within the Corporate Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Proven proficiency with project and quality management tools including Jira, MS Excel, MPP, MS Visio, and HP-QC.
• Mandatory professional experience testing Global Transaction Banking (GTB) products and corporate cash platforms.
• Deep operational expertise in cash products encompassing full payments domain, liquidity, T24, SWIFT, reconciliation, and statements.
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with ISO20022 messaging standards and MT101 payment protocols.
• Demonstrated testing experience across local clearing mechanisms in international markets including Oman, Bahrain, France, UK, India, and Kuwait.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking internal structures, cross‑departmental communication, and stakeholder management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Prior testing experience with Host-to-Host (H2H) connectivity and advanced liquidity management frameworks.
• Experience testing Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) transaction processing and clearing flows.

• Professional software testing certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester.
