You will perform validation and qualification tests on storage products, monitor concurrent test programs, and maintain test benches. Qualificações

Our client, enterprise storage technology team is seeking a Senior Test Technician to join their team. As a Senior Test Technician, you will be part of the validation and testing group supporting enterprise storage test activities. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a disciplined approach to documentation, and the ability to manage multiple test programs in a fast-paced lab environment which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Test Technician

Location: Longmont, CO (Onsite - 5 Days per Week)

Pay Range: $45

What's the Job?

• Execute established validation and qualification test suites for enterprise storage products, ensuring runs complete successfully.
• Monitor multiple test programs simultaneously, reviewing test logs and results to confirm expected behavior.
• Perform routine lab system setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to keep test benches operational.
• Conduct first-level triage of test failures and assist in isolating root causes with engineering teams.
• Record, organize, and archive test results and documentation using Excel, SharePoint, and internal tools.

What's Needed?

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience working with computer hardware, systems, or validation/testing environments.
• Comfort working in both laboratory and office settings, with the ability to balance hands‑on work and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications, plus experience documenting technical results and maintaining organized records.
