Job summary

You will perform validation and qualification tests on storage products, monitor concurrent test programs, and maintain test benches. Strong documentation and troubleshooting discipline are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with computer hardware, systems, or validation/testing.
• Comfort in lab and office settings; balance hands-on work and reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Excel and Office 365; documentation of results.

Responsibilities

• Execute established validation and qualification test suites for enterprise storage products.
• Monitor multiple test programs; review logs and results to confirm behavior.
• Perform routine lab setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct first-level triage of test failures and assist in root-cause analysis with engineering.
• Record, organize, and archive test results and documentation.
