Job summary

Ralliant Corporation in Chandler, AZ, seeks a Test Technician II to perform environmental, destructive and electronics testing in a lab environment following ATPs/QTPs. You will support design verification and acceptance testing of pyrotechnic and electronic products.

Initially you’ll focus on destructive testing and hands‑on lab work, with growth into environmental and dynamics testing. Reads drawings, uses oscilloscopes and multimeters, and maintains equipment in a safe, compliant lab.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or military experience preferred.
• Read drawings and follow procedures.
• Experience with oscilloscopes and multimeters is helpful but not required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willingness to learn, reliability and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• The Test Technician II performs environmental testing, destructive testing, and electronics testing in a lab environment.
• Conduct testing in accordance with ATPs/QTPs.
• Interpret dimensional drawings and perform test setups.
• Use test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and environmental chambers.
• Perform routine daily equipment checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Load and program environmental chambers as experience develops.
• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust test equipment.
• Participate in process improvement and 5S.
• Support duties as assigned.
