Job summary

Key responsibilities include pyrotechnic device testing, dimensional inspection with calipers and micrometers, assembling prototype samples (TIG/laser welding, molding, wire weld), reviewing Lot Acceptance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience handling hazardous materials.

Responsibilities

• Test pyrotechnic devices and assemblies for safe, accurate performance.
• Perform dimensional inspection using calipers, micrometers, and optical instruments.
• Assemble prototype samples (TIG/laser welding, molding, wire welding) per SOP.
• Review Lot Acceptance tests for customer shipments.
• Handle propellants and perform detailed measurements with microscopes.
• Assist Project Engineers with product development.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety guidelines.
