## Test Technician I - Pay Starting at $28.23/hrApply: Redmond, Washington: Full time: Posted Today: R574600Work Flexibility: OnsiteShift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm **WHAT YOU WILL DO** The Test Technician will perform a variety of technical duties using the appropriate standard practices required in the area. This role requires working knowledge of scientific and/or laboratory techniques. Also, a working knowledge of standard test & measurement equipment and practices are required. The Test Technician will work under supervision and follow general direction for work.* Work from predefined protocols, CAD drawings, electrical schematics, diagrams, work instructions or other specifications in accordance with established lab procedures* Document and record test data in compliance with quality requirements and compare results against predetermined limits* Follow schedules to meet completion delivery dates* Demonstrate and promote professionalism and leadership in communicating problems/issues and test non-conformance findings with multiple customers* Set up, operate, and/or maintain test equipment and tools where applicable* Adhere to environmental and safety procedures associated with lab processes and procedures* Perform other related duties as assigned **WHAT YOU WILL NEED** **Required*** High School Diploma* Equivalent with 2+ years of applicable technical experience* Proficient with test and measurement equipment **Preferred*** Certifications for basic skills such as soldering* Experience working in a highly regulated environment* Proficient computer skills including office software applications $28.23 - $38.74 USD Hourly Travel Percentage: NoneStryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
