Qualifications

  • Preferred Certifications for basic skills such as soldering.
  • Experience leading a project or training employees.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
  • Proficient computer skills including office software applications.

  • Adhere to environmental and safety procedures in lab processes.

What You Will Do
  • The Test Technician will perform a variety of technical duties using the appropriate standard practices required in the area.
  • This role requires working knowledge of scientific and/or laboratory techniques.
  • Also, a working knowledge of standard test & measurement equipment and practices are required.
  • The Test Technician will work under supervision and follow general direction for work.
  • Work from predefined protocols, CAD drawings, electrical schematics, diagrams, work instructions or other specifications in accordance with established lab procedures.
  • Document and record test data in compliance with quality requirements and compare results against predetermined limits.
  • Follow schedules to meet completion delivery dates.
  • Demonstrate and promote professionalism and leadership in communicating problems/issues and test non-conformance findings with multiple customers.
  • Set up, operate, and/or maintain test equipment and tools where applicable.
  • Adhere to environmental and safety procedures associated with lab processes and procedures.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
