Qualifications

• Knowledge of electronic theory and mathematics is required.
• 2–4 years of related work experience.
• Ability to read and understand diagnostic data.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Strong technical communications skills are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of test software is desirable.
• Occasional physical activity including lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work from drawings, sketches, schematics, and manuals to construct assemblies.
• Use test equipment such as multimeters to troubleshoot, debug, and measure.
• Set up and operate complex test equipment to verify product function and calibrate.
• Repair and replace defective parts as required; soldering may be required.
• Conduct tests or experiments and analyze data for specifications.
• Collaborate with Team Leader, Engineering, and Manufacturing to transition products.
• Provide technical instructions to team members and support personnel.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
