Job summary

Complete Hydraulics, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., is seeking an assembly/disassembly specialist to rebuild hydraulic cylinders using wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches and hydraulically operated equipment. The role requires knowledge of hydraulic components and testing procedures, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

Shift Hours: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am. Three years of relevant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Three years of experience in a heavy equipment or hydraulic repair shop environment is required.
Knowledge of hydraulic cylinders, parts, operation and testing procedures is required.
Competencies in using wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches, and hydraulically operated equipment are required.
Must have own set of mechanics tools.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to work individually and with a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Rebuild and repair hydraulic cylinders using wrenches, air tools, torque wrenches and hydraulically operated equipment.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of internal and external parts of hydraulic components and how they work.
Work both independently and as part of a team to complete assignments.
Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards during assembly and disassembly processes.
