Job summary

MGA Research Corporation in Burlington, Wisconsin is seeking entry-level Test Technicians to join our engineering services team. You will work hands-on with engineers and customers to set up tests, collect data, and report results in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience required beyond a high school diploma; we value accuracy, safety, and a willingness to learn in a technical setting. This full-time role offers growth, travel between sites, and tuition reimbursement.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with engineers and customers in a “hands on” environmenttoconduct tests from setup,gather measurements and data, configuring tests, andreporting
• Document testsdigitallyby capturing clear photos and high-speed video footage
• Install instrumentation, test gear, and assorted componentsaligning with engineering specifications
• Communicate andcollaboratewith a variety ofteams andglobalcustomers

Requirements & Skills:

• Experience usinghandtools
• Experiencewith general computer operation and ability to learn new software
• Keen attention to detail, coupled with a strong ability toidentifyerrors
• Quality and safety mindset with the ability toself-start
• Strong desireto work in an advanced technical fieldand develop your career
• Authorized to work in the United States
• High school diploma orequivalent
• Valid driver’s licensewith an acceptable driving record
