Job summary

Datrose is seeking a Test Technician in Pennsauken, NJ to inspect, assemble and test oxygen supply systems and analytical instrumentation. The role demands precision in a clean environment and adherence to SOPs and blueprints.

You will use hand tools, perform calibrations and document results, with a 4-day work week from 6:30am to 5:00pm and potential OT on Fridays. Pay is $25-$28/hour and the position is direct/direct-hire.

Qualifications

• Experience with inspection, cleaning, and testing of components.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and SOPs.
• Proficiency with hand tools in a clean, dust-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble hoses and sub-assemblies and perform pressure tests.
• Inspect, clean, and measure materials to specs.
• Document results and enter data into the system.
• Support OT on Fridays as needed.

A well-established device manufacturer located in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Test Technician to join their team. The technician will be responsible for the inspection and cleaning of parts, assembly, testing, calibrating, troubleshooting and repairing of oxygen supply systems and sophisticated analytical instrumentation as well as any related parts. Precision use of hand tools and equipment in a dust-free and clean working environment is required.

Job Duties: Assembles and pressure tests hoses, sub-assemblies, and related parts; services and cleans component parts; pulls stock for production; completes all documentation and computer data entries; Inspects, cleans, and measures materials, products, and work for conformance to specifications and standards; Uses product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOP) to produce products; Interprets blueprints, data, and other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, and measuring instruments required.

Pay rate: $25-$28/hour. 4 day work week. Work hours are M-Th 6:30am-5:00 pm with OT opportunity on Fridays.
