Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Mount Pleasant, WI seeks a Test Technician to troubleshoot and fix sustaining production test issues and support the Testing Department. You will troubleshoot and repair test fixtures, monitor station performance, and document procedures in a busy manufacturing environment.

You will create SOPs, assist with test station setup, modeling, pre-pilot and pilot runs, and collaborate with Test Engineers to drive quality and efficiency on the production line.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read test logs and interpret results.
• Basic understanding of Linux/UNIX and command line.
• Familiar with networking switches and basic lab/network equipment.
• Some experience with computer hardware (CPUs, NICs, memory).
• Experience reading schematics/diagrams and identifying components.
• Knowledge of electrical components used in test fixtures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix sustaining production test issues escalated from Repair Technicians; report to Test Engineers.
• Troubleshoot and repair test fixtures.
• Monitor and maintain testing station performance.
• Create and update standard operating procedures for testing operations.
• Document testing procedures and record issues and failures.
• Assist Test Engineers with test station setup and operations for modeling, pre-pilot, and pilot runs.

Test TechnicianWe are seeking a Test Technician that will work as testing team to perform failure analysis and troubleshooting on test issues.
