Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a leading electronics manufacturer in Lockport, NY to hire a Test Technician 1. You will join the production support team, performing testing and troubleshooting of electronic equipment to meet schedules and performance standards.

The shift is 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with overtime during peak periods. Ideal candidates have basic reading, writing and math skills, familiarity with SAP, and the ability to read schematics and drawings.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.

• Familiarity with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment to meet production schedules.
• Follow test procedures, drawings, schematics, and instructions to test and troubleshoot units.
• Perform assembly operations on electronic components and sub-assemblies.
• Maintain fixturing, calibration, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Document test results and communicate with team and other departments.

Our client, a leading organization in the electronics manufacturing industry, is seeking a Test Technician 1 to join their team. As a Test Technician 1, you will be part of the production support team supporting electronic assembly and testing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Lockport, NY

Pay Range:$18-$24/hr

Shift: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
