Duration: 12–18 Month Contract with Possibility for Conversion

Pay Rate: $24/hour (W2, paid weekly)

Security: Interim Secret Clearance required to start (sponsorship initiated at offer stage)

Shift Options:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• 3rd Shift: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime opportunities available for all shifts.

Position Summary:

We are hiring a Test Technician to join a cutting-edge electronics manufacturing team in Chelmsford, MA. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with an interest in electrical testing and micro-electronics. You will perform testing, troubleshoot issues, and help ensure product integrity for high-tech systems in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct electrical and RF testing on electronic assemblies and systems using both manual and automated test equipment.
• Follow detailed process instructions and test plans.
• Operate various measurement and diagnostic tools to validate product quality.
• Record test data and maintain accurate documentation in internal databases.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and retesting activities.
• Support continuous improvement by working with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Interim Secret Clearance (must be granted before starting).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (navigating work instructions, logging tasks, and time entry).
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with high attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently in a structured environment.
• Prior experience with electronics testing, ESD procedures, or micro-electronics is preferred but not required.
