Job summary
Saronic Technologies seeks a Test Range Coordinator to manage end-to-end coordination of live-fire and test events aboard our autonomous surface vessels. You will own scheduling, safety approvals, launcher installation, range access, and post-event de-installation to ensure safe, on-schedule execution.
As the information hub among government customers, payload providers, and range authorities, you will ensure access to documentation, coordinate TSPI/telemetry needs, and maintain compliant range
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical science, logistics/operations, or equivalent experience.
- 3–6 years in test range operations, missile/weapons or flight test, range safety, or military test roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to brief technical and leadership audiences.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to ~50–75%).
Responsibilities
- Range scheduling, access management, and coordinating range requirements with multiple sites.
- Develop safety packages, hazard analyses, and launch criteria through safety boards.
- Coordinate ordnance handling, ESQD requirements, and environmental compliance.
- Plan, execute, and de-brief test events, including TRRs and go/no-go processes.
