Job summary

Saronic Technologies seeks a Senior Program Coordinator to support Mission Operations in Austin, TX. You will lead cross-functional programs spanning operations, sustainment, training, and R&D, driving work from planning through delivery and ensuring readiness milestones are met.

You will partner with engineering and mission stakeholders to remove blockers, manage dashboards and reports, and coordinate logistics for events, travel, and meetings in a fast-paced defense and commercial tech

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program coordination or operations experience.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream Mission Operations programs from planning through delivery.
• Ensure operational readiness milestones across fielded operations, sustainment, training, and R&D for defense and commercial customers.
• Coordinate blockers with engineering, test, and mission stakeholders to keep programs on schedule.
