Job summary

The Catholic University of America is hiring a Coordinator, Test Proctoring and Note Taking Services to provide daily support to Disability Support Services and Student Affairs. You will lead Test Proctoring Services workflow and GENIO note taking, manage records, and develop training materials; you will also contribute to summer projects.

Bachelor's degree with at least one year of post-degree experience working with students is required, preferably with students with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ≥1 year post-degree experience with students.
• Experience with students with disabilities preferred.
• Experience in higher education student services may be considered.
• Strong computer and software skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Test Proctoring Services workflow from request to delivery.
• Lead Note Taking Services (GENIO) and manage licenses.
• Maintain records across DSS systems (Accommodate, Cardinal Station, Cardinal Success).
• Develop training manuals and resources; update website information.
• Support department projects during the summer months.
