Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of community spaces, including lobbies, hallways, and common areas.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including light repairs and upkeep of property facilities.
• Assist residents with their needs and address any inquiries in a politely manner.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Participate in community events and assist with set-up and breakdown as needed.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and organized in designated areas.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for residents and property staff.
