Job Description

• Responsible for performing general maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, resetting TVs located in residents' apartments.
• Ensuring the grounds are free from debris and hazardous objects.
• Performing janitorial tasks and minor repairs as assigned.
• Assisting in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, guests, and team members.
• All other duties as assigned.
