Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) is seeking a Test Operator II in Austin, TX. You will join a team-based manufacturing environment to test and diagnose units, perform wiring and troubleshooting, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3+ years in manufacturing, and experience with wiring, test protocols, and lean tools. Day shift with potential weekend work; opportunity for career advancement within DFS.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education level.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience wiring assembly and troubleshooting products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and diagnose units using test stands and protocols.
• Perform troubleshooting related to wiring or assembly.
• Advance in duties through on-the-job experience.
• Work with Zone Team Members to complete daily tasks.
• Promote Zone Safety and PPE usage per training.
• Engage in housekeeping and 6S activities.
• Drive quality and continuous improvement in the zone.
• Read and follow production drawings and written instructions.
• Provide testing reports to Test Engineering teams.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
