Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 4 years of QA/testing experience.
• Experience in manual, functional, regression, integration, and compatibility testing.
• Defect tracking using Jira/TestRail/Azure and SDLC with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and coordinate with developers, PMs, and teams to ensure quality standards.
• Lead efforts to improve test processes across SCRUM teams.
• Develop and maintain automated regression tests using Telescope, Voyager-UI, CaseGen (JS) and Nova-MCP (TS).
• Analyze logs, metrics, and test results to monitor application health during CI/CD.
• Triage flaky tests and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Provide feedback on test scenarios and align testing with business objectives.
