Job Description: Senior Specialist - Quality Engineering Lead

Location: Chicago, IL. Hybrid.

Job Summary:

The ISO 20022 Test Lead will be responsible for leading testing efforts related to the implementation and adoption of the ISO 20022 standard. This includes ensuring systems can handle the new financial message format, comply with regulations, and improve the overall payment ecosystem.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading ISO testing across all message formats, including connectivity testing, documentation of use cases, and scenarios for regulatory purposes.
2. Leading a team of QA engineers to ensure high-quality, timely project delivery.
3. Developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts for core banking applications.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify defects and implement fixes.
5. Conducting manual testing using Java Selenium WebDriver for payment systems and gateways.
6. Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in the financial sector.
7. Applying expertise in wire transfer systems, controls, and security (SWIFT, Fedwire, CHIPS).
8. Performing risk, audit, and controls testing, including wire-related ISO regulatory policies and procedures.
9. Coordinating with internal stakeholders such as payments, risk management, and technology teams.
