Job Title: UAT Test Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UAT Test Lead to oversee and manage end-to-end User Acceptance Testing activities for large-scale healthcare transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in Medicare, EDI, Claims, Provider, Billing, and Membership, and a proven track record of leading complex testing initiatives in agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute UAT/test strategies, plans, and test cases.
• Lead cross-functional onshore/offshore testing teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to define test scope.
• Oversee UAT planning and execution, including post-migration validation.
• Ensure quality and completeness of testing in high-volume transaction environments.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years of UAT/Test leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare operations including Claims, Provider, Billing, and Membership.
• Hands-on experience with QA/UAT best practices in Agile environments.
• Strong SQL and data validation skills.
• Experience working in matrixed and integrated organizational structures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Medicare Fulfillment functions.
• Knowledge of resource and project management tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
