Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a Component Test Technician in Huntsville, Alabama to support aerospace manufacturing by testing various systems. This role involves hands-on operation of pneumatic and hydraulic test systems, working directly with engineering teams to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, testing, or related mechanical or electrical field.
• Documented experience using standard mechanical tools.
• Experience interpreting a variety of technical documentation.
• Hands-on assembly, integration, test, troubleshooting, or validation experience.
• Documented experience operating pressurized test systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate test equipment including vibration tables and thermal chambers.
• Perform test troubleshooting and coordinate with test engineers.
• Assemble hardware and production assets for testing activities.

Skills

Experience in aerospace manufacturing
