Job summary

iCIMS Middleware Test Company in Washington, DC is seeking a Manager in the Account Services Department to ensure customer needs are met, maximize product usage, and renew accounts.

You will lead client relationships, coordinate with sales and marketing, and drive renewals while delivering best practices for HR systems and software projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic track record.
• Experience with all Microsoft Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on user of Microsoft Internet Explorer and related web-based technologies.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision or formal structure.
• Previous experience with client relations and experience in HR systems and/or software project management is a significant plus.
