Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Manager, Test and Evaluation Engineering - Intel Systems in Reston, VA. You will lead a team of test and evaluation engineers to plan, execute, and deliver robust testing across multiple programs including ground and flight systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years of hands-on test engineering experience or comparable skill, with 2+ years of proven leadership.
• Ability to travel up to 25% routinely.
• Possess a Top Secret US Security clearance, with eligibility for SCI access.
• Experience with DoD, Government Cyber Commands/Agencies, or Intelligence Community.
• Experience leading teams and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own all results of your team and ensure successful end-to-end test processes.
• Lead and mentor test engineers across ground, flight systems, and novel tech programs.
• Coordinate with Test and Evaluation teams, engineers, and pilots to meet testing demands.
• Deconflict resources and align with program leadership on priorities.
• Guide hiring decisions and evolve organizational structure to fit needs.
• Advise leadership on capabilities and test-site requirements for customer interactions.
