Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 5–8 years in system-level test and evaluation of integrated hardware/software systems.
• 3–5+ years in technical leadership or test lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead test planning and execution for developmental and operational tests across software and hardware.
• Define and manage verification strategies including requirements-based and operationally relevant tests.
• Coordinate cross-functional test activities with Program Management, Engineering, and external ranges.
• Oversee Test Readiness Reviews, Safety Review Boards, and track deficiencies.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through verification and validation results.
• Perform data analysis on system performance and deliver actionable findings.
• Represent the program at customer reviews and milestone decisions.
