Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Washington, DC seeks a Test and Evaluation SME to lead development of test plans and documentation supporting Navy systems across surface, undersea, and cyber domains.

You will develop and maintain TEMP per DoW/Navy guidance, collaborating with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements, coordinating resources and conducting tests with user communities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with engineering or supporting test events or exercises with appropriate configurations of hardware components.
• 5+ years of experience with government acquisitions, leading teams, and managing the work of others.
• Experience with government T&E concepts and engineering, acquisition, and operations activities needed to support T&E activities.
• Experience assessing operational and system performance requirements to prioritize T&E objectives and enable evaluation planning.
• Knowledge of how T&E feeds into milestone and major acquisitions decisions of Programs of Record (PoR).
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with developers, clients, and leadership.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to manage discrepancy reports identified during testing.
• Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Software, or Cyber field.

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test plans and documentation to support acquisition strategies for Navy surface, undersea, and cyber systems.
• Develop and maintain Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMP) in accordance with DoW and Navy guidance, templates, and policies.
• Collaborate with Navy stakeholders, developers, engineers, and cyber experts to identify/testing requirements and prioritize them.
• Coordinate test resources to support test events, including equipment, personnel, and facilities.
• Plan and conduct activities with user and DoW community to ensure successful test execution.
• Identify and maintain relevant metrics for evaluating the success of T&E efforts and propose improvements or tools.
• Analyze system requirements and concept of operations documents to develop test plans and procedures, conduct data collection and analysis, and report results.
