Job summary

T-Rex Solutions is seeking a qualified Test & Evaluation Analyst to support the JITC TEC II program for DISA. The role focuses on standards conformance, interoperability testing, and reporting across MIL-STD components and TDL interfaces.

The ideal candidate has a Secret clearance and strong communication skills, with experience in RF/IT systems, MIL-STD testing, and the ability to collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams to deliver rigorous test outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma and at least 8 years of experience; or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience.
• Must have a Secret security clearance.
• Excellent communications skills, including written and presentation abilities.
• Familiar with DoW operations and RF/IT systems and software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review MIL-STD Interface Change Proposals (ICPs) and update Master Test Procedures.
• Research SUT data link bit level implementation and MIL-STD functional areas to test.
• Develop standards conformance test procedures from system implementations.
• Develop interoperability tests using the TDL MTP and NR KPP traces.
• Conduct conformance and interoperability tests and perform post‑test analysis.
• Write trouble reports and prepare test reports using approved templates.
