Job summary

Digital Consultants seeks a Test & Evaluation Specialist IV to support the JITC TEC II contract, focusing on MIL-STD/STANAG standards compliance and interoperability testing. You will update MTPs, apply ICP changes, and coordinate with DoD stakeholders.

The role requires a Secret clearance, advanced technical degree or equivalent experience, and proven ability to lead tests from planning through final reports with clear technical communication.

Qualifications

• Requires active Secret clearance at hire date.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 6+ years of related experience; 10 years max. equivalent substitutions.
• Experience executing TDL standards conformance tests from planning to delivery of final reports.

Responsibilities

• Test and report on MIL-STD and STANAG interoperability.
• Update Master Test Procedures (MTPs) with ICP-approved changes.
• Research SUT data-link implementations for MIL-STD coverage.
• Develop conformance/interoperability test procedures.
• Prepare and deliver test reports per templates.
