ALTEN is looking for a dedicated professional in San Diego, CA, to manage the shipment and receipt of all test equipment and materials. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, collaborating with teams, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle physical tasks. The position is 100% onsite, with regular hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

• Track, trace, and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; help to maintain shipping and warehouse supplies.
• Manage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies. Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Promptly unload trucks and deliveries and sort and stock receivables. Ensure all incoming deliveries match the company purchase order.
• Store, manage, and track company inventory. Utilize inventory management software (may include barcode scanners).
• Document and manage records of shipped and received goods. Ensure all documentation is submitted to the appropriate personnel.

General Job Summary

• Responsible for managing the shipment and receipt of all test equipment (M&TE), materials, and supplies.
• Collaborate and communicate with test equipment team, calibration lab technician, logistics team, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
• Assist in inventory accuracy of test equipment across multiple sites.

Location & Hours

• Work location: Home Building: WT, 5745 Pacific Center Blvd, San Diego, CA 92121.
• Work requirement: 100% Onsite.
• Workdays: Monday‑Friday.
• Shift time: 8:00am – 4:30pm PST.
• Hours: 8/day, 40/week.
