Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Job Summary:

As a skilled Test Environment Lead, you will be responsible for planning, setup, and maintenance of test environments supporting various phases of the software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams, ensuring reliable and compliant test environments that support high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to define environment requirements and coordinate provisioning for various testing phases like unit, integration, SIT, and UAT.
• Manage the setup and maintenance of test environments, including configuring software, databases, and network components, while ensuring regular refreshes with appropriate test data.
• Monitor the performance and availability of test environments and address issues as they arise to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including architecture diagrams, access controls, and configuration details to support governance and compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for environment-related inquiries and provide clear communication to stakeholders regarding status, risks, and issues.
