Role Summary

  • Lead the growth and direction of a national PFAS practice within a multidisciplinary environmental services team.
  • Focus on developing innovative in situ remediation technologies and expanding the firm's presence in key markets like aviation and industrial.
  • Collaborate with experts on complex, high-profile remediation projects involving advanced treatment methods including bioremediation and chemical oxidation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand the national PFAS remediation practice.
  • Develop and maintain strategic client relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex treatment design and implementation.
  • Mentor and manage remediation teams (engineers, scientists, subcontractors).
  • Oversee and support pilot studies and field/lab work for remediation solutions.
  • Ensure project delivery, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant environmental site remediation experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental or chemical engineering (or related discipline).
  • Professional certification (P.E., P.G., or equivalent) required.
  • Deep technical knowledge of PFAS/emerging contaminant treatment.
  • Experience managing complex remedial design and implementation.
  • Strong background in business development and client relationship management.
  • Prior experience with aviation and industrial sector projects preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for site/client visits.
