Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a Test Engineering Technician in Malabar, FL to join our client team for a 12-month contract to hire position. You will support production, ESS and depot testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation using a range of diagnostic tools.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's degree with 2+ years related experience. On-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary/Associate's degree with 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and teamwork mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support production, ESS and depot testing, troubleshooting and fault isolation.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings or schematics.
• Work with engineers to optimize test processes and procedures.
• Use a variety of diagnostic tools to troubleshoot to component level.
• Maintain a lean, continuous improvement mindset.
• Operate with little supervision following defined procedures.
