Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of hardware‑centric test engineering experience in high‑stakes environments.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing verification and validation lifecycle.
• Mastery of LabVIEW and Python for automating cryogenic and electromagnetic tests.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own test validation strategy for HTS magnets and cryogenic systems.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee design and build of cryogenic test stands and coordinate test resources.
• Analyze complex datasets to troubleshoot system-level failures.
• Manage vendor relationships and high-value procurement contracts.
• Establish safety protocols for high-voltage and cryogenic environments.
