Qualifications

• Proven track record managing verification and validation for integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own test validation strategy for HTS magnets, cryogenic systems, and high vacuum components.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and technicians.
• Oversee design, build, and commissioning of large cryogenic and high power test stands.
• Analyze datasets to troubleshoot system-level failure modes with cross-team collaboration.
• Manage vendor relationships and high-value procurement for specialized hardware and external projects.
• Establish and enforce safety protocols for high-voltage, high-field, and cryogenic environments.
