Job summary

BTS Software Solutions is seeking a Test Engineer - Integration, Test, and Documentation to provide intelligence support for the I2WD at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will help manage system integration activities and coordinate across hardware, software, firmware, and test teams.

The role emphasizes developing and coordinating test plans, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and producing user manuals and operating procedures to support national security missions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Experience supporting systems engineering, system integration, or technical test activities for complex hardware/software systems.
• Experience developing and managing integration plans, test plans, test procedures, and verification activities.
• Ability to coordinate technical work across software, hardware, firmware, and other engineering disciplines.
• Experience documenting system architecture, interfaces, configurations, requirements, and test results.
• Experience tracking technical issues, integration dependencies, risks, and corrective actions through resolution.
• Strong technical writing skills with experience developing clear engineering and operational documentation.
• Ability to translate engineering information into user manuals, operating procedures, installation guides, or training materials.
• Familiarity with requirements management, configuration management, and verification/validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration, verification, and delivery of advanced technical systems for national security missions.
• Coordinate across hardware, software, firmware, and test teams to ensure proper integration, testing, and documentation.
• Develop and coordinate test plans, track requirements, and support system-level verification and validation.
• Maintain technical documentation and capture system configurations and interfaces.
• Develop user-facing materials including operating procedures and user manuals.
