Job summary

Qualis LLC is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to support our government customer at Redstone Arsenal, AL. The selected candidate will develop and execute system tests, collaborate with engineering SMEs to coordinate and revise test plans, data management and analysis plans, and test reporting.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in STEM, five years of systems engineering or test and evaluation experience, and TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM).
• Strong understanding of satellite and ground system interaction.
• Five years of experience in systems engineering or test and evaluation.
• Experience in system test or planning and execution of analytic activities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain test and evaluation plans and documentation.
• Support management of system verification plans and activities.
• Coordinate with engineering SMEs to author test content and deliverables.
• Perform day-of-test roles and guide test activities.
• Ensure test integration with vendors and stakeholders.
