Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for the Missile Products Division in Plymouth, MN. The role demands leadership in life cycle testing, data acquisition/analysis, and familiarity with test facilities and energetic device testing.

The candidate will plan and execute test programs, interface with customers, analyze results, and develop documentation and procedures for testing climatic, vibration, EMI/EMC, and safety testing. U.S.

Qualifications

• For level 2/3, engineering degree with relevant experience.
• Strong data/signal analysis skills and technical writing ability.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute test program plans and report results.
• Analyze test data and interface with internal/external customers.
• Develop standard test documentation and procedures.
• Identify data collection needs and reduce/correlate results.
• Support program reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, etc.) and test facilities.
