Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience for Level IV or 12+ years for Level V, with education alignment.
• Experience with test data management and test automation is required.
• Experience with DevOps, CI tools, and source control is required.
• Experience in Agile software development and testing environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute tests in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Translate requirements into test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Develop test data, plans, acceptance criteria, and test procedures.
• Perform regression testing and validate full operational test scenarios.
• Create and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework.
• Collaborate with development, configuration, and customer teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Prepare test reports and document defects, anomalies, and validation activities.
• Mentor junior testers as needed.
