Job summary

Cybotic System in San Jose, CA is seeking a Test Engineer to collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Maintenance, and Operations to ensure test readiness and drive test efficiency. You will troubleshoot product and equipment issues and support successful new product introductions with a hands-on, data-driven approach.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Engineering and 2–3+ years in test engineering or electronics manufacturing; proficiency in Chinese is

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, PCBA manufacturing, or related environment.
• Proficiency with Chinese is highly preferred.

Job description

The Test Engineer will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure test readiness, improve test efficiency, troubleshoot product and equipment issues, and support successful new product introductions. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and electronic test methodologies, along with a hands-on, data-driven approach to problem solving.

Education and Experience:-

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

2–3+ years of experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, PCBA manufacturing, or a related environment.

Proficiency with Chinese is highly preferred
