Cybotic System seeks a Test Engineer in San Jose, CA to collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure test readiness and drive efficiency improvements.

You will troubleshoot product and equipment issues, support successful new product introductions, and apply a hands-on, data-driven approach to problem solving using PCBA test methodologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, PCBA manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Proficiency with Chinese is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to improve test efficiency and reduce defects.
• Troubleshoot product and equipment issues.

Educación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field

2-3+ years of experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, PCBA manufacturing, or a related environment

Proficiency with Chinese is highly preferred

The Test Engineer will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure test readiness, improve test efficiency, troubleshoot product and equipment issues, and support successful new product introductions. This role requires strong technical knowledge of PCBA manufacturing and electronic test methodologies, along with a hands‑on, data‑driven approach to problem solving.

Day Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in test engineering, electronics manufacturing, PCBA manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Proficiency with Chinese is highly preferred
