Job summary

118-WW TMG MFG OPS in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Test Engineer to support development and qualification of complex mixed-signal devices using ATE hardware. You will collaborate with design and production teams, generate test plans, and optimize test time while driving yield improvements.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical/ Computer Engineering and at least 3 years of experience with ETS364/ETS800, analog test techniques, and scripting in Python or C++.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of Test Engineering experience.
• ATE development experience on ETS364 and ETS800 platforms.
• Characterization and production test program development experience.
• Strong knowledge of analog test techniques and electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Create test plans and char programs; design ATE hardware interfaces.
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
• Analyze yield data and assist failure analysis; reduce test time.
• Support release of products to volume production with robust test solutions.
• Define and implement test strategies for DCDC converter products.
