Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in ATE testing or production test engineering.
• Experience with Teradyne testers and mixed-signal device testing.

Responsibilities

• Generate test plans, create test and characterization programs, and design ATE hardware interfaces.
• Debug silicon on ATE and correlate results with bench data.
• Perform yield analysis and drive test time reductions; support failure analysis.
