Job summary

Konik is seeking a Test Engineer in Minnesota to develop and tailor qualification procedures for military standards. You will design instrumentation, run vibration, EMI/EMC, and environmental tests, and report results to drive improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in engineering or related field and 3+ years of test experience, capable of collaborating across teams and traveling as needed for test events.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering, Science, or related field; equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of test engineering or related experience.
• Experience with environmental, vibration, EMI/EMC, and remote testing.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and communicate with customers.
• Proficient in data analysis, technical writing, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop qualification procedures aligned with military standards and mission profiles.
• Design instrumentation setups and test fixtures for repeatable results.
• Execute qualification testing (vibration, EMI/EMC, environmental, etc.).
• Collect, analyze, and report test data with actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis during test events.
• Write and update technical documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and test infrastructure upgrades.
