Job summary

Konik is partnering with a local engineering and manufacturing firm to recruit a Test Engineer in South Metro. You will lead the full lifecycle of mechanical, electrical, and integrated systems qualification testing, developing tailored procedures and documenting results.

This role requires 3+ years of experience, travel up to 15%, and eligibility for U.S. government security clearance; candidates will work across engineering teams to ensure products meet mission-specific requirements.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of test engineering experience.
• Experience with vibration, EMI/EMC, environmental tests.
• Travel up to 15% and possibly longer deployments.
• Eligibility for U.S. government security clearance.
• Strong data analysis and technical writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored qualification procedures aligned with standards.
• Design instrumentation and fixtures for repeatable tests.
• Execute vibration, EMI/EMC, environmental tests in certified facilities.
• Collect, analyze, and report test data with recommendations.
• Write and update technical documentation and plans.
• Support process improvements and test infrastructure upgrades.
