Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Test Engineer to join a cross-functional team in a hands-on engineering role. You will devise, set up, and execute laboratory and field tests on Bobcat equipment, machine systems, and components, translating tasks into physical measurements that drive engineering decisions.

You will train with industry experts in data acquisition, install instrumentation, and perform technical writing for test results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (general/Mechanical/Agriculture) required.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• <10% travel.
• Strong mechanical and engineering skills.
• Experience with operation, repair and maintenance of equipment.
• Experience with test and validation methods preferred.
• Understanding of theory and design of company products.
• Promote safe workplace activities across operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• MS Office proficiency.
