Job summary

Doosan Bobcat in North Dakota is seeking a Test Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering team. You will devise, set up, and execute laboratory and field tests on Bobcat equipment, machine systems and components, translating technical tasks into measurable test results.

This hands-on role requires applying engineering fundamentals, communicating clearly, and adhering to procedures. You will train to operate Bobcat equipment, perform data acquisition and analysis, and support external labs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (General, Mechanical, Agriculture) required.
• 0–2 years of experience in testing or related fields.
• Strong mechanical and engineering fundamentals.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, set up, and execute lab and field tests on Bobcat equipment.
• Train to become proficient operator of Bobcat equipment.
• Interpret schematics and test standards to facilitate testing.
• Document test results and write technical reports.
• Support external labs and field testing activities.
• Promote safe workplace practices.
